at family practice office. Multiple acute/episodic visits and chronic medical care management. Responsible for own patient schedule and follow up. Several in office procedures provided as needed. Telemedicine 1-2 days/week.
Trauma Services –worked as Trauma NP for level two trauma center. Care for trauma patient(s) from ER presentation through discharge/transfer. Responsible for evaluating appropriateness of patient care and discharge planning. Responsible for managing outpatient trauma clinic and seeing patients as scheduled.
Pulmonary Intensivist Group – worked with pulmonary intensivist physician group to care for patients with pulmonary disorders and/or inpatient intensive care unit (ICU).
Member of multiple hospital committees including bloodless medicine and sepsis committees.
