Work Experience:

AWS-CWI – Northern Natural Gas/ GGS 1.9miles of 8in, Tomah Loop Expansion, Sparta, Wisconsin Aug 2020- October 2020 Inspected completed welds on the mainline and Tie-Ins. After main line was laid out inspected fabrication to make sure it was built to drawings. Inspected the installation of the Launcher and Receiver piping. Completed red lines and as-builds and daily work progress.

AWS-CWI- Enterprise/Kestrel 8 miles of 30” -COMSTOCK LONGHAUL LINE– Waskom, Texas May 2020-June 2020 Inspected completed welds on the mainline and for tie-ins. Also made sure the excavations were dug right to allow the entrance of workers to work. Completed daily reports and submitted to the chief as to progress.

Chief Inspector Enterprise/Kestrel Maryneal PH-2 Booster Pump Station- Maryneal Texas September 2019-March 2020 Supervised the construction of the addition of 2 new booster pumps and piping. Responsible for 1-CWI & 1-I&E inspector, scheduling x-ray & keeping records. Supervised the digging of excavations within the existing plant for the underground flare line and suction line. Making sure that all construction is within Enterprise specs and standards. Gave weekly updates on conference calls with the PM and Operations. Wrote daily report to be sent to PM. Traveled to all 6 Shin oak pump stations to verify the completions of items on the final punch list. Uploaded all job-related material to the simplicity web site for job book completion.

Chief Inspector Enterprise/Kestrel Energy East & Cross Plains Booster Pump Stations’ January 2019-June 2020 Supervisor of 2 CWI & 2 I&E Inspectors on the construction of two booster pump stations on the Shinoak Pipeline. Overseen the excavation for underground suction and discharge lines for the station to the main pipeline. Responsible for making sure contractors work was with in Enterprise specs and standards. Responsible for scheduling X ray after welding was completed. Responsible for making sure contractor has all documentation and it is correct for job books. Overseeing the loop checks and testing of equipment to include the hydro testing of all pipe, fittings and valves.

Chief Inspector Enterprise/Kestrel, Maryneal booster pump Station – Maryneal, Texas September 2018- January 2019 Overseeing the start of construction of a new Booster pump station for the Shin Oak Pipeline. Starting with land clearing and the filling of select fill, to get the elevation required for construction. Inspecting and making sure that all civil work is done to drawings and specs. Inspected the excavations for the underground pipe coming into the station and leaving the station, all tying into the mainline pipeline. Oversee the installation of all equipment. Inspecting the final installation and testing of all equipment.

AWS-CWI Enterprise/Kestrel VJ Pipeline, Mentone Texas 9 miles of 20” pipe Aug 2018 – Sept 2018 Worked on the firing line inspecting the final welds for defects before X-Ray. When Mainline was laid out I moved to tie ins and Drag sections. Made sure all bell holes were dug for safe entrance by the welder and crew.

AWS-CWI Enterprise- Bryan G Expansion, Midland Texas Fabrication 6,8, & 10” pipe July 2018-Aug 2018 Oversee the installation of an additional meter skid and piping. Inspect all the welds and installation. Oversee the hydro testing of all the piping. Made sure all paperwork was completed for job books.

CHIEF INSPECTOR-Enterprise- Carthage Tx, Panola Pipeline-20 miles of 20”, 2.5 miles of 12”, and 6 miles of 16”. April 2018-July 2018 Conducted line routing and placement of ATWS, TWS, PAR, & TAR’s, on 20 miles of 20”, 2miles of 12” and 6 miles of 16” pipeline. Advised on ROW agreements with Land owners as to specific construction request. Responsible for making sure Plats were correct before releasing to Land agents for IOL’s. Located and placed above ground sites for MLV’s and electrical easements. Worked with Engineering to design HDD bore for major Highway. Made construction decisions for constructability.

AWS-CWI Inspector- Enterprise- Kermit Texas, Shin-Oak 24” Pipeline-130miles April 2018-April 2018 Tested welders for 24” mainline and fabrication. Kept records of welding parameters to make sure welding was done with in company specs.

Chief Inspector- Enterprise- Seminole Texas, Hobbs Booster Pump addition Nov.2017-April 2018 Overseeing the project of adding 2 new Booster Pumps and PEC building on the South Eddy Gas Plant Pipeline. Excavating for foundations to be poured, Drilling piers for the PEC Building to sit on, Drilling for pipe supports, pouring concrete for everything, Welding up pipe to tie Booster pumps into the existing meter lines. Setting and terminating the PEC building, running 3-480v cables from existing MCC building to the transformers to the PEC building. Witness to the hydro testing of all the pipe being installed. Making sure job books are correct and include everything the client requires. Compiling punch list at the end of the job and making sure all items are corrected. Responsible for PSSR at the end of the job.

Chief Inspector- Enterprise- Carlsbad New Mexico. South Eddy Gas Plant - Stabilizer modification June 2017-November 2017 Overseeing the Modification of the stabilizer unit in an Enterprise NGL Gas plant. Making sure work is done in a timely manner and on time. Inspecting everything from civil to start up. Adding cement pillars & slabs, piping, 2 vessels, filter separator skid, and Pipe racks. Making 5 hot-taps on in service lines for the plant. Completing daily reports directly to the Enterprise Senior Project Manager.

AWS-CWI Welding Inspector-Enterprise-Jal New Mexico- 1-1/2 miles of 8” .322wt pipe May 2017- June 2017 Tested welders to API-1104. Inspected on the pipe gang making sure fit ups were with in Enterprise specs. Inspected the completed welds on the firing line as well. Oversaw the fabrication of the launcher and receiver and the installation of the launcher. Completed daily reports to the senior welding inspector on daily progress. Completed fabrication as built and field as built.

AWS-CWI Welding Inspector- Enterprise -Midland, TX – 16 miles of 10”.250wt April 2017-May 2017 Tested welders to API-1104 code. Inspected the fabrication of the launcher and receiver along with additional fabrication and the installation of the receiver. Worked with the contractor QC to make sure all as builds and weld numbers were recorded properly for job book. Made daily reports to the senior welding inspector with daily progress.

AWS-CWI Welding Inspector-Energy Transfer-Trans-Pecos pipeline, Alpine Texas -140 miles of 42” May 2016- April 2017 Tested flux core & Mechanized welding shacks and equipment to verify that it all worked. Tested welders in the operation of these shacks as well. Tested welders on 42” butt welds and 12” branch test. Inspected on tie-ins and road bores, documenting pipe heat numbers and joint numbers and as-builds/weld mapping. Completed daily reports on construction production and turned into the senior welding inspector. Inspected and documented hydro testing results. Inspected on tie-ins with FCAW shacks and documented daily progress.

AWS-CWI Welding inspector- Energy Transfer-Vaquero Expansion- Monahans, Texas - 7miles of 12” April 2016 to May 2016 Inspecting on the pipe gang on 7 miles of 12” for NGL Expansion, inspecting tie-ins, and fabrication On launchers and receiver installation.

AWS-CWI Welding inspector-ENERGY TRANSFER-Lone Star Express- Cleveland Texas -53 miles of 30” Nov,2015 to March 2016 Inspected welds on the firing line of 53 Miles of 30”. Also inspected the fit-ups on tie-ins and documented all pipe and welds made.

Chief Inspector- ONEOK MIDSTREAM- Watford City, North Dakota 200MMSCFD CRYOPLUS GAS PLANT May 2015 to Nov. 2015 Responsible for 3 electrical, 2mechanical, and 1 civil inspector. I was responsible for the completion of a 200MMSCFD CRYO-PLUS GAS PLANT. We made sure That all equipment and piping were installed according to specs. Made sure all pumps and compressors were aligned and set by specs. Over saw the installation of all storage tanks and under- ground pipe from storage tanks to the main plant. Conducted environmental inspections and safety inspections weekly. Inspected welds under ASME b31.3 section IX.

Chief Inspector- Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline-McPherson, Kansas & Emporia Kansas Dec.2014 to Feb. 2015 Over saw the fabrication of 8” & 10” launcher and receiver to be installed into an in-service natural gas pipeline. I was responsible for weld mapping, hydro-testing, writing hydro test papers for the integrity Dept. to approve. I was responsible for testing welders and writing their test papers. I assured that all fabrication was done to SSCGP Specs and according to construction Drawings. I was responsible for overseeing installation after all fabrication was completed. Over saw the excavation and exposure of the hot line, installation of the hot tap tee, scheduling x-ray, and weld mapping. After all the work was done I was responsible for the completion of the job books.

Chief Inspector-Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline-Cushing Oklahoma Oct.2014 to Dec..2014 20 miles of 20” pipe new lay in Cushing Oklahoma, From existing Pump station to a Mainline hot-tap to tie-in to another gas company line. Also installed Meter skid and flow control skids to monitor the flow. Had Four road bore crossings and 2 creek crossings. Responsible for weekly meetings and job completion books.

Chief Inspector- Southern Central Gas Pipeline-Hesston KS. Sept.2014 to Oct.2014 Chief inspector on 15 miles of 16” new lay. Conducted 3 major road bores, tied-in launcher and receiver for pigging the new line. Had 8 Inspectors on the job. Responsible for job books and daily reports to Project Manager and weekly phone meetings.

Welding Inspector-Magellan Energy-Waco Texas. 95 miles of 24” gas pipeline June 2014 to Aug.2014 Inspected the welding on the firing line of 95 miles of 24” pipeline. Inspected on tie-ins and valve settings. Documented all work being done and making sure it was done according to the gas company specifications.
