Brief description

This is an application of NOKIA which is implements NETCOOL as a technology . The basic functionality of this project was to develop the functionalities as per user requirement as well as to provide the support for the created functionalities.

The configuration changes in the code changes were done by our team .

All the changes included Adding the Alert Key to Lookup tables, Filling the RCA through automated tool, Updating the database,Monitoring and maintain the Production servers . perform regular checks to the system through Automated Scripts,Performing TT(Ticketing Task ) manipulation .
