Follow up of execution of projects as per approved drawings, specifications in work orders and schedules.

Verification for Quality & Quantity as per Bill Of Quantity. Meetings with clients for requirements & approvals. Commissioning activities,checklist preparation and handing over of projects Implementation of Quality Check list for (HVAC), timely inspection and certifying check lists, issuing and monitoring of Nonconformance report etc.

Coordinating with Facility Management or Client representative for handing-over process. Conducting meetings with Consultants and contractors for reviewing Project progress, design and delivery targets.
