Site inspection & work approval thru work inspection request ( WIR ) submitted by the respective contractor as per approved ifc drawings, specification & method of statement in the implementation works. Making approval to the client for the submitted material submittal & material inspection request together with the method of statement submitted by the contractor.

Direct reporting to the construction manager & project manager. Supervision & updating daily report as per actual accomplishment/progress. Attending weekly & monthly construction management meeting also attending site inspection together with the pmcs consultant. Railway Project in Qatar.

PMS (People Mover System) project. Rail way project inside education city areas. Horizontal construction of tram stop ( TS ), Underground Utility Room ( UTR ) and track works. Direct reporting to construction manager. Responsible for the daily progress report to be submitted to the planning department & consultants. Preparing for Qatar foundation permits (affecting inside Qatar foundation area), RO permit (road opening permit for affected utilities) & SIS (service information sheet) permits for affected cables wire. Supervising progress works at site to updates the daily progress reports.

July 1, 2012 to June 18, 2014 SITE ENGINEER HLG, QATAR

Directly reporting to Sr. Project Engineer & Construction Manager. Responsible for the execution of concreting works and finishing works at north gate mall project including repairing works of concrete defects after casting concrete. Responsible for management and coordination of the project team. Making daily reports to be submitted to the planning department ( Daily manpower allocation/activities and the consultant report ). Preparing inspection request ( IR ), MIR & MEP clearance. Collecting two weeks looks ahead & preparing to be submitted to the construction manager. Joining to the consultant inspection for the submitted inspection request. Tabulating the delivered materials like tiles thru Microsoft office excel . Coordinates shop drawing with the consultant, engineering and MEP.

Jan. 2, 2012 to June 30, 2012 SITE ENGINEER HLG, QATAR

Directly reporting to the construction manager at north gate mall project. Responsible for the execution of concreting works and repairing works of the concrete defects after casting concrete. Worked at “ Renoir Consultancy Team” Making productivity works, ratio delay and estimating formworks and steel works as per plan and checking actual works to make sure that the work be done on time as per scheduled deadlines & discuss the whole process of measurement/data done by the QS group. And another one month “ Productivity Team “ related works to Renoir consultancy team added works by checking daily in and out at site of the construction managers and site engineers. As well monitoring all foreman if they have plan for everyday works given by the engineers in charge which they called shift monitoring sheet ).

Preparing and follow up inspection request ( w.i.r.) & notification of received materials with the attachment of (MRI) material receiving inspection together with (MAS) material submittal. To be submitted to QC/QA engineers and for inspection of the consultant.
