Responsible for developing engineering documents including P&ID, instrument index sheets, instrument data sheets, junction box layouts, instrument loop diagrams, hook-up drawings, panel wiring diagrams and PLC/DCS specifications.

Design P&ID's which define key system parameters such as Set Points, Control Sequences, Flows, Pressures and Temperatures.

Design fully redundant and auto switchover control systems for critical process systems.

Schematics drawing of UPS system, Data Sheets of Instruments, Data sheet of Instrument Control Cables (Multipair,Armoured / Unarmoured),HT and LT cable specification, Data sheet of Tube & Fittings (SS / Copper / PVC), Cable Schedule - Instrumentation (Signal + Control + Data), PLC panel wiring drawings, Electronic Earthing data sheet & drawing and all other documents preparing for erection and commissioning.

Design experience with Low Voltage Signal I/O (PLC's, 4-20mA sensors, 24VDC actuators/switches/relays), High Voltage Switching Control, Intrinsically Safe Systems and Customer Networking Interface to Safety Instrumentation Systems.

Executed in-house engineering and configuration of DCS & PLC, logic implementation, FAT & SAT.

Generate bills of material per customer specification and electrical/environmental code.

Successfully worked in SIEMENS, Honeywell, GE PLC and MaxDna (BHEL DCS SYSTEM).

Calibration, installation and commissioning of field instrumentation, Pressure, Temperature and Flow switches, gauges, transmitters and analyzers – Gas, Steam and Water.

Interfacing field equipment with MAXDNA DCS, HMS (Hart Management System), Commissioning of Auto loops, Sequence control logic and Process automation.
