JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Operation & maintenance of 220 kV and 33 kV substation & HT transmission and distribution lines, & associated equipment / instruments.

Fault diagnosis in system & rectification, Preventive Maintenance.

Preventive maintenance of power transformer, SF6 Circuit Breaker, Isolator, 33 kV Vacuum circuit breaker.

Operation and maintenance of 220 kV switch gears and equipment i.e., Current Transformer and Potential Transformer.

Preventive maintenance of 220 volt DC control supply system i.e. batteries, battery charged and DCBD etc.

Understanding of testing and calibration instruments.

Preventive maintenance of LT PCC panel with AMF & synchronising, DG sets, and Energy management & APFC panel.

Knowledge of motor starters, its control and power circuit, and fault finding.

Equipment sizing calculation, Substation Equipment Layout, Lighting Calculation & Layout, Cable tray calculations.

Execution of Electrical Systems (I.e. Transformers, DG Sets and Bus Trunking system).

Commissioning of Electrical PLC and Communication system with DCS.

Preparation of Bill of Earthling layout, cable tray layout, cable sizing, Cable estimation.

Project reporting and MIS preparation.

Technical supervision, Design of electrical projects.

Follow Electrical Safety procedures.

Knowledge of making soft copy of Purchase report, Issue slip & purchase report on SAP software.
