Accept Load Master and Engineers on respective flights as passenger’s handover the boarding pass and GenDec and board them.

Coordinate with the transport to group crew on their respective flight parking lot and baggage department confirm the number of bags tag from the counter for respective flights.

If passenger bags are out of the measurement given as per the airline policy, we have to charge passengers for oversize bags.

Accept passengers as NOREC – NORECOED ON FLIGHT as per higher authorities.

Pre flight work as in check mails, seating arrangements as per group / family/ pre request
