Foreman/Operator : Setting Blow Moulding Machine in right Temperature. Checking air pressure both stretching and blowing air. Check the Chiller and Compressor. Setting Filling Machine, open water valve and air pressure. Checking the capper machine. Capper box must loaded.
Setting Labelling Machine, label must in the center and straight. Setting the date,production, expiration and batch number. Setting Packaging Machine, check the air pressure and shrink alignment. Doing Filtration of Water Source for Production. check and change Filters Micron. CIP and sterelize Water Production Tank.
