Within this position, I was responsible for a building of 50 students, ranging from sophomores to PhD candidates, and had to follow federal and local policies - such as the Clery Act, Title IX, and FERPA - as I was categorized as a Campus Security Authority (CSA). Additionally, I was responsible for documenting weekly interactions and planning monthly socials - I personally planned and ran three socials that hosted over 200 students. I was On-Call several times a month and over holidays. While on-call, I was responsible for nightly walks and responding to the on-call phoneline. In the case of an incident, I was in charge of writing a full report in third person and verbally communicating to incident to my supervisor. All written reports would later be forwarded up to my department heads.

I am currently the Assistant Store Manager at the Sally Beauty location in Richardson, Texas. Within this position, I am also responsible for Beauty Advisor training and assisting in monthly change overs. My main duties on a daily basis are customer service, cashiering, and continuous education of product knowledge. I act as a haircare and skincare specialist, meaning I must keep up with recent trends and new techniques for all aspects of skin and haircare. Individually, I am responsible for reviewing weekly and monthly individual performance with my Beauty Advisors and I submit our weekly performance reviews for the store as a whole.
