PERSONAL STATEMENT
A highly motivated Scrum Master with over 4 years’ experience in applying Agile Product Development in both software and non-software environment. I have implemented culture of continuous improvement, process efficiency and waste elimination in the product areas I have supported. I support scrum teams in their journey to self-functioning for faster product delivery. I take pride in championing the implementation of scrum empirical process and Kanban practices at team and product levels. From what I do and the commitment I bring to bear, I solve problems and help teams achieve results.

Implemented core agile and scrum values on 2 teams that helped improve team velocity by 20%. Implemented cost saving initiatives that addressed long-standing problems thereby saving the organization over $60,000 in wasteful spending. Assisted the project managers to forecast quarterly adjustment to budgets, track request changes and variances that could potential impact project execution.
