Sandeep has over 11 years of experience in IT industry. He has worked for 7 years on multi-channel e-Commerce projects using the Salesforce Commerce Cloud. He has an experience of over 3 years as a SFCC architect. He is well experienced in managing development enablement capabilities, detailed technical designs and architecture activities and engaging in stabilization. He has a very good experience in RFP activities having worked on the client engagements for Retail, Ticketing and Insurance. The base Cybersource solution(cartridge) exists in marketplace for both controllers & Pipelines version. We designed & developed SFRA version of Cybersouce Cartridge. The complete cartridge is SFCC certified and available to download and use in marketplace.

Estimated, Designed, Lead and Developed Multi-shipment feature on the website. Multi-shipment feature enables the users to ship to multiple locations. This redesigned site is something which is available currently on production.

Key features of this redesign: Clubbing addresses and create shipments, Credit card auto Detection, enable user to edit shipments and products on 2 steps of Shipping.

Estimated, Designed and implemented the checkout flow for single shipment.

Developed ASAP module, the delivery model that enables the user to select a week range, next day, 2nd day or a special delivery date without the need of interacting with calendar.

Re designed the calendar module on shipping page which integrates the prices for each calendar day.

Implemented the E-Coupon and Rewards functionality.

Integrated the third parties like Fujitsu (loyalty service), Foresee (Survey), BazaarVoice (Ratings and Reviews), Commission Junction, Experian (3rd party for Email communications), Wheaton (CRM).

Implemented the concept of personalized flavour chocolates. The functionality depends on the product custom attribute that identifies a product as personalization-eligible, decides what type of personalized products and presents the mandatory field of Gift Message. The entered message is tied at the productlineitem custom attribute, carried over and sent to OMS which then is printed on the ribbon used to wrap the chocolate.

About Project & Responsibilities:

A mobile application installed in the telematics unit of Chrysler cars.

The application has different module Notes DB (saves note/draft about customers), Master DB (Master Data base of cars and their respective owners), vehicle tracking module and checkout flow for necessary subscriptions like RSA, Radio services, 3Packages etc.

Key member in development of MDB and Notes DB

MDB module searches for the user information based on sent Vehicle Number, First Name & last name pair or a Phone Number and returns whole user profile.

Notes DB stores the information like user’s complaints, and notes on user himself.

Also involved in defect fixing of both the modules
