Roles & Responsibilities

HR Generalist Role: Handling End to End HR Gamut in all the following aspects and worked for Junior, Mid-level & Senior level requirements

Recruitment – Responsible for End to End Recruitment

Prepare JD, Make job postings & Source profiles through job portals, referrals, IJP, Conducting Preliminary Interviews & Test, Coordinate with Project Managers and Department heads for Technical interview, Salary Negotiation & closing with releasing Offer letters, Sending Salary proposals to selected candidates and complete necessary paperwork after hire and before hire,.

On-boarding – Managing On-Boarding and induction Program for the new employees

Ensuring the completion of Induction process of New joiners includes Filling of Recruitment Tracker, Collecting & Filing of Personnel Documents, New joiners formalities, Background Verification, Bank Account Opening, Issuing ID Cards & Induction Kits, Employment Bond, Employee Transport Coordination, HR Induction, Issuing Offer Letter & Appointment Letter and JD’s& KRA.

Systems & Processes –

Ensuring End to End timely and accurate update, Data Preparation & Maintain data in

SAP Easy pay Freight Information System Employee Master Data Base HRIS.
