Study and track cost factors involved in the container movement from Asia terminals to US/Canada container yard or door destinations.

Provide day-to-day pricing support that ranges from daily rate quotations to completing bid packages within tight deadlines for clients while ensuring rates are sustainable within company objectives.

Monitor the contract drafting process with Inside Sales and provide the final approvals for contracts/amendments, ensuring all details are correct and all terms are compliant with FMC regulations, vessel-owners, terminals, rails, trucking companies, and customs.

Provide an escalation point for Sales, which involves coordinating the communication between various departments within the company and providing commercial decisions to resolve matters quickly.

Evaluate and set KPI targets while overseeing and measuring Sales and Account performances.

Supervise and train team members to ensure they understand the team’s objectives and follow the internal standard operating procedures.

Create projects with Access and Excel using Visual Basic and some SQL that target inefficiencies in internal procedures in order to improve performance and accuracy within the team.
