QA/QC Engineer, Ghantoot Group-Road Division, UAE (July-2019-still to date Role: QA/QC Engineer

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include the following but not limited,

Daily Reporting to QA/QC Manager / Project Manager.

Preparing Project Monthly Quality Dash board as per Musanada Requirements.

Providing Input for Tender Department regarding all Tender relevant matter related to Quality.

Prepare and submit preparation of Project Quality Plans for approval to consultant and Client.

Prepare and submit Method statement for different activities for approval to consultant and Client/Employer.

Prepare and Submit Inspection Test Plan.

Follow up and taking necessary action for NCR’s, SOR’s, and Quality Finding issued from Consultant and Musanada.

To attend the QA/QC meetings with the Consultant and Musanada.

Raise internally Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Site Observation Reports (SOR), for the activities which are deviated from the Contract Specifications, Approved Drawing and Project specification to appraise the QA/QC Manager.

Conducting briefing/Training to site staff on quality procedures/work instructions related to their scope of work.

Prepare and submit Method statement for different activities for approval to consultant and Client.

Prepare and Submit Inspection Test Plan.

To ensure that all the inspections and tests are carried out as indicated on the appropriate Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).

The scope is to “Al Ain Autism Centre" in Zakher district at Al Ain of approximately the total plots is around 8100m2. The shall including all internal and external works for all disciplines which are inclusive of, but not are not limited to: architecture, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, data/communication, fir & life-safety and other facilities

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include the following but not limited,

Reporting to Resident Engineer.

Monitor site work, excavation and formation preparation, anti-termite, blinding, waterproofing and concreting works etc.

Coordinating with other trade and discipline such as Water, MEP & Safety to avoid construction conflict of the on-going activities.

Inspecting the delivered materials through MIR.

Review Inspection Test Plan & Checklist.
