Understand the product specific requirements of the customer through engineering design perquisites.

Doing Stack up and design iteration as per customer requirement.

To prepare preliminary bill of material for new products for costing.

To prepare CAD models and customer acceptance drawing in customer requested format.

Preparation of detailed drawing of various child parts and assemblies for manufacturing, using CAD software.

Release of drawings in PLM and its corresponding change notes and all other PLM related activities.

Prepare and update TGW & TGR.

Working for : DICV,VECVL,VOLVO,TML,MTBD,FUSO,SML,FML foundation brakes and brake actuation by supporting team leader.

PROJECTS DONE:

Parametric modelling using User defined features for Ø410- S’CAM brakes to reduce modelling and Drafting time.

As VA/VE activity, torque plate weight was reduced from 12.5 kg to 9.8 kg and relevant casting and machining models were prepared.

Packaging study template prepared for Scam brake.

As per customer Request, also done a REVERSE ENGINEERING for parking brake. PERSONAL SKILLS:
