Studied and analyzed properties of greases using ICP-AES, Melting and dropping point, etc.

Prepared 6 different greases with different elements, different additives. Tried to improve properties of grease by varying its composition and method of preparation

Developed our own techniques and setups to compare properties of greases

Prepared greases then tested on small set similar to acrylic sheet drape forming process

I have studied properties of debris that are blocking heat exchangers. I have done ICP-AES analysis to understand what elements may be a cause of debri formation

Designed and experimented on setup to check what parameters are responsible for debri formation

Checked out more than 50 combinations of elements with polymer to find out actual cause

Suggested different solutions for debri formation problem in polymer flooding for crude oil extraction

I have worked on different surfactants to know which one is better which can be added to water to make the extraction of crude oil easier. For selecting best surfactant

I have found out interfacial surface tension value and dynamic surface tension values of that surfactants
