Planning, Scheduling, coordination, Monitoring & controlling and reporting of various civil projects consists of high-rise building, residential & commercial buildings.

Prepare baseline schedule (Cl.14) and Internal schedules by ensuring logical sequencing of activity for optimize the resources utilization and reduce the overheads, also work out the S curve.

Resource planning and analysis of project Constraints and development of CPM

To work out the resource requirement, arrangement & allocation, (manpower, material and equipment) for the successful completion of project and do the resource loading to make the recourse curve and to find out the requirement of resources in different stages of the project.

Monitor the gap between planned v/s actual both in time completion and within the budget, also highlight and take corrective action in consultation with project director

Preparation of various MIS report, DPR, WPR, MPR, Spreadsheet & Histograms for better monitoring and controlling of project.

Conduct internal progress review meeting and attend client/consultant meeting at fixed interval and highlight the delays/deviancies in advance

Delay Analysis and EOT preparation following Time Impact Analysis using window method and its discussion with Engineer/PMC/Employer

Preparation of Tender programs including high level cash flow and resource histograms to support tender submissions
