Role & Responsibilities:

• Preparing project report for identifying areas of obstruction, defects and troubleshooting services.

• Overseeing execution, schedule/shutdown maintenance to ensure trouble free operation.

• Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment to motivate high performance amongst team members, mentoring and monitoring team performance to ensure efficiency of production targets.

• Strong executive presence with negotiation and interpersonal communications skills among the subordinate and implement appropriate partnership with stake holder’s behavioural skills.

• Ability to influence cross-functional teams to embrace and drive the site execution strategy.

• Establish and maintaining a good working relationship with client and strive for customer satisfaction rating that meets or exceed expectation.

• Handled wide gamut of tasks encompassing constructability review, material take-off, stage-wise inspection, project supervision, shut down/ HSE plans, etc.

• Conceptualized Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports and Weekly/ Monthly Look Ahead Plans to ensure timely transfer of sub-systems to Commissioning Team.

• Float, manage and evaluate sub contractor’s tenders. HSE Management

• Comply with the highest level of health, safety and zero accident during all stages of project execution.

• Maintains company reputation by complying with Government/ Stockholder’s regulation.

• Preparation of RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method statement) and participate in RAMS meetings, project HSE audits, toolbox talk etc.
