JULY-2016: Joined via campus interview as trainee engineer at GMMCO Limited (A CK Birla group) CATERPILLAR Dealer in INDIA.

Joined at Bangalore branch & carried out following jobs: Periodic maintenance, preventive maintenance, warranty parts follow-up, warranty parts replacement, report creations for the CATERILLER backhoe loaders & HINDUSTAN loaders. DEC-2016: Promoted to taken care of GCI (global construction equipment) machines like caterpillar hydraulic shovels & graders and done parts sales business and service business. FEB-2017: Joined in Coimbatore branch as customer support engineer and handled around 20 machines. Spare parts sales, GET (ground engaging tools like tooth points & bucket) sales, periodic maintenance, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, scheduled oil sampling, hose monitoring and procurement, fabrication works, troubleshooting with CATERPILLER ET (electronic technician) tool.

DEC-2018: Promoted as a customer support engineer, warranty analyst and technical coordinator for EMP (extended mining products) division, at GMMCO Head Quarters. Engineer, warranty analyst & technical coordinator [APPLICATION – DUMPERS, ELECTRIC ROPE SHOVEL, DRAGLINES]

• Handle sales & service operations for surface mining customers having large fleet of HEMM [Heavy Earth Moving Machines] such as 240T Dumpers, electric rope shovels, loaders, draglines.

• Warranty operations: failure analysis report creations, Claim transmitting, claim settlement monitoring, debits and credits accounts of claims settlements, failed parts return process.

• Reliability & Good will: Travelling to mining sites & inspecting the failed components, report creations for reliability issues & escalating the product issues to the product group. Extended support to the customer via Good will- documents collecting, document submission, and getting approval from product group, good will submission, payment follow-up and good will auditing with product group.

• Parts Sales operation: parts consumption, parts stock planning, parts demand plaining, sales.

• Maintenance & Planning: Conduct periodic technical audits/ preventive maintenance & performance thereby providing better customer satisfaction, improved reliability of m/c, better response time, reduce machine downtime cost.
