Review project documents and contract requirements to Prepare Baseline Program based on the planned milestones
Identify the activities; establish the activities logic and the dependencies needed to create a realistic and achievable schedule with Resource Loading
Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (Histograms/S curves). Reports and analyses deviations from plan.
Involve in the Preparation of prospective and retrospective Delay Analysis thereby to submit the Extension of Time/ Claims
Review, identify and advise project manpower, equipment & other resource requirements.
Prepare and ensure master program of works / critical milestone are achieved, ensuring effective planning & Monitoring of site progress
Develop Look-ahead schedules & identify requirements of manpower & equipment.
Coordinate with subcontractor to finalize planning requirements and coordinating between different activities.
Review project progress on regular basis.
Prepare weekly PowerPoint Presentation which includes the actual verses planned in all phases and trades.
Prepare and submit, Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports
Prepare and Update Shop Drawing logs, material submittals log and method statement logs
Prepare and submit Internal as well as client Dashboard Report on weekly basis.
Analyze Productivity data and report to Project Manager as necessary.
Calculate the quantities, rates and generate the monthly Cash Flows requirement.
Reconciliation of all project activities on monthly basis and compare
Overall involve in general management of project life cycle from initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling within the constraints of time, cost and quality and make a tradeoff with optimizing available resources
