• Created a new marketing department for Acuant Corp. and directed the revamping of the entire sales and account management team (6 sales managers and 55+ sales representatives and specialists); saw a 35% quarter-over-quarter increase in sales revenues.
• Achieved dramatic sales revenue growth from $14 million to $32 million in the first 21 months at Acuant, now over $50 million, and took recurring revenue from 0% to over 72%.
• Grew revenue for the SOC program at American Bank Note from $380 million to over $1 billion in less than 4 years, also preventing ABN’s loss of the entire program.
