1. Manage and guide Data Captures to maintain and improve the quality of (patient) information using an information system.

• Ensure date captured by Data Captures is correct, complete and meeting the quality standards.

• Assist facilities to improve data flow and data recovery, including the structure and tabulate of data.

• Assist in identifying and solving data problems and ensure data is cross checked for accuracy.

• Implement quality tools and techniques to determine the source of potential quality problems.

• Train, coach, inspire and create group synergy; identify training needs in new and existing locations.
