Director, Marketing Operations & Business Solutions Adidas Group (2010 – 2015)
• Strategically aligned the CMO and 8 Business Unit VPs to establish a clear 2-year roadmap for cross-functional teams
(Marketing, Design and Supply Chain), with clear ownership and objectives by function
• Co-led the creation of the new Go-To-Market (GTM) function that included consolidating regional offices into a robust, central team in corporate headquarters
• Established a new GTM process that provides the necessary tools for markets (Sales) to deliver one global concept (Products and Marketing Communications), while retaining the ability to regionalize based on market nuances
