Job responsibility:

Prepare daily reports of work progress and manpower utilization.

Prepare weekly reports of the total spool erection,isometric weight installed, welded dia inches of supports and joints and the remaining work front with the material available.

Issue the work permits ensuring SHE requirements.

Co-ordinate with the contractors to achieve the targets and schedule set by theplanning.

Dimensional checking of installed piping.

Preparing the punch list items as per P&ID and Isometric.

Checking joint fit-up & ensuring that the appropriate consumables being distributed to welders.

Responsible for witnessing of pneumatic test, hydro-test, at workshop and on site.

Reviewing final Packages for Hydro tests, approving. Making a punch list and clearing the items.

Supervision of all piping works and ensures safety and quality standards of the client.
