PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

2009 – now I am working on contract as freelancer - independent expert or manager of construction projects - hired to individual projects:

2018: TECHNOEXPORT – I have managed civil activities as civil and steel construction supervisor and site manager on project South Refinery Company Iraq. I have supervised three local civil companies.

2016: LINDE DE - At the reconstruction of the chemical plant in Litvinov I supervised the demolition work and the subsequent construction preparatory work and steel construction for the installation of new technology.

2016: INVECO Construction - As project manager, I prepared the project of construction of a new steel production hall in Rokycany and then I managed the construction work.

2015: Doosan Company - I managed construction work on the demolition of the destroyed part of the power plant in Dhaka, Bangladesh and the restoration of the construction and steel part with the foundations for the turbine, new halls and preparation for the assembly of the plant technology unit.

2013-2014: IEG a.s. - I directed the construction work at the power plant in Karachi, Pakistan. I was responsible for the civil and steel status of the project, such as foundations, new hall for the turbine and buildings for the installation of technological equipment of a power block.

2012-2013: PPF - As a construction specialist for foundations under difficult conditions, I supervised the construction work of complex foundations in difficult local conditions in the project Fushivelavaru Resort in the Maldives.

2011-2012: Construction Company - I helped to establish local branch in Saudi Arabia (Jeddah), and with preparation of project of local villas.

2009-2010: Construction project specialist – I cooperated with Prague construction companies, with preparation of new product, economic evaluation, basis of material and man power, etc.

2008-2009: IPRO sro - As a crisis project manager, I succeeded in repairing the delayed project and restoring the project. I was responsible for tracking the costs and planning of building activities in real time and the responsibility for the successful completion of the project.

2003 – 2008: I was an employee of Inter IKEA Centre Group CZ

My position was the head of the construction department - Construction project manager.

I have managed all construction activities in company of CR a SR, as planning, preparation, organization, coordination and realization of projects. I have managed and evaluated the tenders, cooperated with facility management, I was responsible for the evaluation and follow up of the costs and the time planning for all construction department.
