Worked for more than 10yrs in GTL unit in Maintenance

Fully involved for SEC Turnaround in 2017 from Instrument side for all the activities to be carried out.

Actively carried out 2019 T/A in Ph2 in instrument side, Preparation, modification and Execution of activity carried out.

Actively Scheduled Safe Place Safe People Roaster for 6years,carried out the SPSP walks & reported incidents in FIM.

On the job training given to local Qataris.

At present actively taking part for WE CARE walk downs.

Actively taking part in Companies Vision, Goal Zero and No Leaks.

Actively taking part for witnessing of Project activity under IRIP team for Control valve modifications and confirming everything is in good condition as per MOC Management of Change.

Always compliance to all the applicable process & company’s code of conduct, MOC & PTSW process and now E Vision permit system.

Contributed towards Goal zero journey & IIF culture.

Prepared various work pack for routine/critical activities i.e. dropping control valve for overhauling, replacement of T/C of HPS reactors during CCO activities, and Vortex transmitters.

Calibration and Tuning of all Control Valves done in unit and trend also taken and updated in SAP system also.

After Completion of activity, permit is closed, SAP is also closed by writing down its report.

Always being in line with Workshop interface and Partners for instrument related Control Valves and Witnessing.

Carrying out Instrument activities through FDM system, Field Device Manager

Maximum PMs are carried out through this system,to minimize Line of Fire activities in the field.

Reviewed and highlighted requirements for various maintenance execution activities

Supported ADT for technical assurance by closely following RFC/RFSU walk down

Witnessed & supported during various function test, commissioning and start up activities both Trains of GTL plant.

Witnessed & supported during FAR-4 & 12 SAT and various function test.

Every work carried out with Safety as top Priority and following Life Saving Rules, are implemented to keep work area safe.

Completed all SOU Shell Open University Course.

July 2006 to April2009 worked for Sajgas through Ipedex as Instrument Supervisor. UAE

Worked for their Gas Sweating plant at Sharjah, on Honeywell Experion System with FSC Fail Safe Control system IN Slug catcher, Amine Trains and Sulphur Recovery Unit, Carrying out Maintenance and Preservation of all Process related instrument, Commissioning, Checking of Fire and Gas system.

Worked for Oryx GTL Project in Construction and Maintenance Calibration, Loop Checking, Commissioning of all Process Instrument for Technip through Qatar Kent for 1 year as Instrument Supervisor, which is the first Production company to produce Gas to Liquid in Qatar.

December 1998 to till Feb. 2004 worked for EQUATE PETROCHEMICAL direct hire KUWAIT
