ANALYSIS OF TRIPLE MATERIAL DOUBLE GATE TUNNEL FIELD EFFECT TRANSISTOR (TM-DG-TFET)

TFET is an alternative of MOSFET. It has low power consumption and it reduces leakage power. In order to improve the energy efficiency in electronic circuits, triple material double gate is used. TM- DG-TFET consists of three gates with different work function. The analytical model of TM-DG-TFET surface potential, electric field and drain current is calculated for simulating the process in Silvaco Atlas. PERSONAL DETAILS
