WORK EXPERIENCE
MECHANICAL FOREMAN AT AEROTEK
-Chesapeake Virginia
09/2019-01/2020
Lead crew of 60 responsible for the installations of modules. I was to supervise but also assist and train with showing the proper and safe way to lift the modules. I was counted on to make tough decisions related to the performance of work, while maintaining professionalism. Displaying a good attitude working with coworkers. To ensure production is met I’ve attended meeting introducing different methods to see if we can speed up production while keep at pace. Assigning tools and work game plans that everyone is comfortable with to small crews to ensure the production. We put up over 1000 modules a day.
ELECTRICAL FOREMAN AT WOOD
-Enfield North Carolina
03/2019-09/2019
Lead crew of 50 performing inspections & repairs. Our objective was wire management. I was to ensure everyone was working in a efficient & safe environment.
Making sure everyone had a full understanding of the task at hand. Developing work plans & ideas to make the job simple as possible.
Also, to accept full responsibility maintaining safe & efficient work conditions. Led by example & be able to identify a problem & fix it. A natural born leader with great people skills. To layout a game plan to the crews, assign them tools & oversee. Try to come up with more ways to speed up production safety.
LABORER at PREMIERE SOLAR COMPANY
-Medford Oregon
11/2017–1/2018
I worked with a crew of 20 men, 5 per crew puling wire harness and C-Tech. I was fortunate to advance and work with the electricians learning how to install these wires. Which required you to be very attentive to what exactly you’re plugging into.
OPERATOR at PHOENIX SOLAR
-Minnesota
01/2017–09/2017
Responsible for transporting modules from the scrapyard to the field so production could begin. Required to be very vigilant and focused. We also unloaded trucks, and unloaded material. I complete staged entire sites with panels. We staged purlins and north beams securing them to the skid steer.
GENERAL LABORER at GREAT BAY SOLAR COMPANY
06/2016–12/2016
I did remediation and was a part of a transition crew. We made sure the lining was straight after modules were installed; this ensured the rows wouldn't resemble a wave. I adjusted numerous north and south beams and used string line to make correct measurements.
