Primary developer of Corporate Power BI Analytics web portal. Took ownership of the Legacy Reporting system. Responded and resolved all BI Team problem tickets.

Build Corporate Power BI Analytics portal based on various data sources like Yardi (Real Estate), ShopperTrak (Shopper Traffic), Resy (Restaurant Reservations), SalesForce Enterprise, Cogen (Electricity Consumption) and SalesForce Marketing Cloud. The portal allows Related management to monitor and analyze shopper activity as it relates to stores’ sales at NYC Hudson Yards and Shops at Columbus Circle.

Owned an old Legacy Reporting consisting of Yardi-related reports like Inventory, Lease Details, Lease Growth, Data Quality Exceptions in addition to some JDE Financial reports. Created an inventory of all reports (over 150). Managed reports’ subscriptions. Added new report items to the existing reports via ETL and SSRS 2012. Production deployment using TFS and PowerDeploy script.

Gathered and translated business requirements into project specs. Created user documentation and provided user training.

Was solely responsible to handle all BI Team problem tickets (SharePoint reporting portal access, new report subscriptions etc.).

DataWarehouse Developer

Participated in building Stamford Hospital Data Warehouse and Reporting Portal using Microsoft technologies such as SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, PowerPivot for Excel 2010, C# ASP.Net.

Took active role in building corporate data warehouse (CDW) integrating multiple data source into one central depository using SQL Server Integration Services 2012. Data sources included: Meditech DR (SQL Server), Sybase, Access, Excel, XML and Text files. Automated regular scheduled FTP file downloads and processing.

Created various reporting solutions to report on hospital's data using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services and PowerPivot for Excel. Some of the solutions include: Ops Counsel score card, Patient Satisfaction, Patient Volume, Emergency Department performance, Length of Stay, Demographics, Pharmacy reports and many others. These reports presented the overall health of the organization.

Created Microsoft Analysis Services multidimensional cubes based on Length of Stay and Patient Satisfaction data. That allowed saving money on the paid PDF reports from Press Ganey. Utilized PowerPivot for Excel as a presentation solution for the Analysis Services data.

Worked as a main developer on Pharmacy related reporting solutions. Combined Concussion research historical data (Excel) into the DW databse. Worked on 340B eligibility data extract that allows significant potential savings for the hospital (in the hundreds of thousands of dollars per year).

Created web-based applications using Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 and C# that replaced MS Access/SSRS solutions for Employee Health department. The solutions include Employee Health web portal that allows the EH staff to manage their daily tasks, as well Mask Fit, PPD and Flu Shots web application.

Created complex SSIS packages to Extract, Transform, and Load data. Tested and deployed SSIS solutions. Provided production support for the existing systems. The DW and SSRS reporting solution provided the upper management to see the overall company’s performance and take actions on the underperforming areas.

Solely responsible to installing, developing, testing and supporting of HiT Software DBMoto data replication solution that replicated over 500 IBM iSeries AS400 tables into SQL Server 2005 databases. Created data reconciliation ETL process to compare source-destination table counts and produce daily reports.

Sole developer of corporate reporting solution using MS SSRS 2005.

The reports are used by managers and brokers of Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Coldwell Banker Commercial, ERA, and Sotheby’s International Realty.

Developed reports using MS SSRS 2005 and MS SQL Server 2005 by converting SQL Server 2000 stored procedures used with Crystal Reports.

Provided Business Intelligence Solutions in the form of MS SQL Server 2005 reports turning clients’ data into information. Was engaged in the projects of email marketing optimization. Worked on developing reporting solutions for Prescients’ clients using MS SSRS 2005 and MS SQL Server 2005.

Developed custom reports that allow Prescients’ clients to view information about email marketing campaigns effectiveness. That replaced a legacy web application that couldn’t be maintained.

Transferred data using MS SQL Server 2000 DTS packages from MySql to SQL Server 2000.
