Provide support to both internal and external customers on EDI transaction related issues (i.e, electronic exchange of data including enrollment, claims, payments and clearinghouse activities). Also provide support for UCD web services for members, providers and producers. Responds to inquiries relating to EDI from providers, trading partners and internal departments. Supervised the operations of computer systems on an assign shift. Work involves scheduling and supervising production and personnel in order to achieve maximum machine and personnel utilizations; resolving complex operations halts by revising or devising new operating techniques, and recommending improved service routines, production techniques, and modifications or additions to equipment. Ensuring technical resource availability for remote operations team. Assisting customers by providing information while providing efficient and courteous service.
