Review the work orders Tech log pages and associated paperwork’s received from maintenance stations and ensure that paper work are complete in all aspect and meets the EASA and FAA regulations.

Carrying out Technical Review of A/C Airworthiness Directive compliance records, Modifications compliance records, Engine/Landing Gears/APU assembly records, and Airframe/Engine’s Hard Time/OCCM component records and structural repair records at the time of Aircraft lease delivery/ Redelivery.

Involved in more than 35 lease return projects for various airlines like FRONTIER, Airbus Asia, Easy Jet, Eurowings, BRUSSELS, HAWAIIAN, SWISS, AHK, QANTAS, WIZZ, SILK AIR,LATAM, CPA and NAS. Etc.Resolving discrepancies and ensuring all tracking and documentation requirements are met and maintain accurate and complete.

Preparation of scheduled maintenance Task Cards, Log slip, Replacement and Restoration task for Boeing 737-800 NG during every phase checks.

Involved in the revision procedure for the preparation of Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) for the Air India express aircraft B737-800NG

Assembly and Disassembly of Honeywell Main Wheel and Nose Wheel assemblies, Brake, Operation of Bead Breaker and Assisted during NDT methods such as Eddy Current Test, Fluorescent Penetration Test, Magnetic Particle Test.

Snag Monitoring and compilation of Aircraft flight defects and its rectification, MEL invoke and revoke compilation from Serviceability messages, Tech logs/ Flight report/ Cabin log defect pages, Defect Rectification Card etc.

Monitoring of Delay/ Incident and Delay defect analysis.

Assisting Technical officers in preparation of Hangar visit plan, Scheduling of aircraft according to availability.
