Carried out all the related functions to the MATERIAL ENGINNERING using the international cataloging rules. UNSPC; Mastered all the functions related for the cataloging. Keeping the data base clean. This included training, supporting the warehouse INHOUSE ACTIVITES in SAP (all system related work).

Creation of Plants and storage locations, storage Bins Processes Data verification done for DATA Mapping, Validation and Migration from legacy systems to SAP R/3 - ERP System.

It was a massive Migration of Data from 17 different systems to one integrated system.

This is involved about 1 Million Data records for both Master & transactional data.

Create & maintain corporate master catalogue data for both Master & transactional data.

Perform specification review and enhance catalogue item's description.

Identify & resolve duplicates within affiliates.

Identify and consolidate common items across affiliates.

Locate customers' emergency requirements form the existing stock across SABIC affiliates.

Perform and / or complete technical evaluation with users for stock items.

Preparing the weekly reports of the materials and updating the material in SAP Access the Material Master Creation, changes and display creating all type of material types like ERSA, NLAG, ROH, UNBW etc.

In shop jobs/plant maint’s jobs: Measure velocity, horsepower, and revolutions per minute (rpm). Amperage, circuitry, and voltage of units or parts to diagnose problems, using ammeters, voltmeters, watt meters and other testing devices. Consists of:

Repair or replace wiring equipment, or fixtures, using hand tools or power tools.

Test electrical systems or continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, using testing devices, such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, or oscilloscopes, to ensure Compatibility and safety of system.

Clean or lubricate shafts, bearings gears, or other parts of machinery.

Familiar with the HSE.
