All service maintenance and troubleshooting the problems of CUMMINS INDIA LIMITED engines i.e., dumpers,drills, water sprinklers, shovels and generators on site With Cummins Insite diagnosis.
Find out the root cause of failure and inform the concern person caused of failure
Updating, Parameterization, Giving all Technical support to the technician.
Engine Inspection in respect of customer complaint, customer handling, Product failure analysis.
Service report preparation Field PDI. And forwarding the daily report to management.
Updating of daily work at site to reporting manager.
Support to the customer in all the service maintenancequeries.
Service / Maintenance contract, sales offers with Customer.
Ensure Cummins Maintenance and repair standards.
Proper intimation & feedback from thecustomers.
Prepare aggregate parts estimate and informing the Repair cost to reporting manager.
Handling the cost cap data and maintaining details.
Taking follow up with technician to make vehicle on road and arranging the parts for vehicle.
Monthly meeting with all prime customers for their needs & requirements.
Attending condtion based monitoring during maintainance and finding engine condition
According to oil sample finding the equipment condtion and checking required parts if sample is caution and critical.
In the Warranty department:
Taking follow up with site for fitment of warrantyparts,
Giving the warranty decision within limit for CUMMINS.
Maintain Daily warranty parts issuereport,
