Experience
Olympia Medical Center Emergency Department: January 2018 to present working in a team of physician assistants and Medical Doctors in a busy ER, responsible for Initial patient intake, History and physical, management of MI, abdominal pain, respiratory care, intoxication, wound care, splinting, casting, ordering appropriate imaging and laboratory modalities. Seeing patients from age 28 days to 90 plus years. Also, see about 50% of critical patients, entailing cases of PE, respiratory distress, cardiac disease, head injuries, multi trauma, and acute abdominal complaints on main floor, making decisions on admission, transfer, stability of patient for transfer, presentation of the patient to the admitting physician, and requesting necessary consultation from surgeons, orthopedic specialist and etc. conduct procedures such as intubation, IV, suturing, practicing a variety of diagnostic methods and treatments.
