Responsiblities/Deliverables

IPI change management process consist of four phases (Propose, Plan, Execute and Implement)

During the “Propose” phase of the change, the change initiator will conduct an Impact Assessment. A thorough impact assessment is required before a change can be implemented as the change can have far reaching impact and implications.

Impact Assessment Tool(IA) – Impact Assessment in IPI will maximize accessibility of different data sources through one central point and help business users to make better informed decisions within change process of PLM

-Define SAP BW Proejct plan based on the Project requirement Scope

-Design the data model for IA in SAP BW on Hana using LSA ++ architecture, which source data from SAP PLM S/4 HANA, SAP ECC and Non-SAP sources and Consume the HANA Models in Frount-end application Fiori using Odata Services

-ODP ABAP CDS Views - Extract Data from PLM S/4 Hana using CDS Veiws for Formulation/ Recipes/ Sites/ Vendors/Specifications/ Analytical tests/Test Methods

-Enable real time streaming Process from source systems to help business look for real time data in SAP BW.

-Design the IA Snapshot Data Model which triggers from Fiori Frount-end and build the models to consume the snapshot data which helps in defining the scope of the change with in Plan phase of the IPI change management process
