Carry out shift production activites as per the plan

checking all equipment in your section to ensure that they are operating properly and to report to the Shift Superintendent immediately of any variation from the operating standards.

Coordinating with other field operators in day to day duties.

Communicate and following instructions of Shift Engineer and Panel Operatorand carryout, instructions efficiently and safely,Follow up to work permit system as per standing instructions.

Plant start up and shut down activities and monitoring the equipment’s condition.

Maintain detailed records of all activities & check-lists, Inspection reports, S/D activities, Lab analysis reports, running hour sheets, Environment monitoring sheets etc. for follow-up and revision.

Operating manual review, scheduling of Preventive Maintenance & Operating activities. Releasing of equipment for maintenance,

Analysis of different parameters and provide necessary guidelines for process improvement.

Safe handling of Hydrocarbons, other gases, chemicals & acids. Maintaining safety environment, good housekeeping in plant.

Inspection of lines flanges for proper gaskets, inspection of flow & restrictionorifices.

Co-ordination with QA & QC, Regulatory affairs, Safety, Maintenance dept.(electrical, mechanical, instrumentation).

Continuous monitoring of on-going maintenance activities in designated work area and commissioning of repaired or maintained equipment to ensure functionality.

Exposure with mechanical maintenance clearance enduring gases and liquids arepurged, flushed and cooled in safe manner.

Hydro test, Chemical Cleaning, Water flushing, Air blowing, Steam blowing, N2purging, leak testing, Reinstatement as well as Steam Purging of the vessels.Ability to communicate clearly by Wireless Radio and by other means.

Team player in a safety walk downs, safety review meetings & reporting unsafe action and rectifying.

Initiation to minimize the risks in work area by bringing the awareness on SH&E,5S etc.
