Meshing Task involves –Mesh Controls, Trials, quality cleanup for tetra 2 nd

order mesh

and quality cleanup using Simlab. A meshing for PCB and TFT’s in Hex and quality cleanup done using Hypermesh.

Preprocessing – A Tetra & Hex meshing, Properties assigned, Material assigned, Connections made, systems created, cards & BC’s assigned. Solver – MSC Nastran 13 and Msc Nastran 2019.

Post processing – Studied 10 Modes against maximum displacement, frequency for 108Hz accounted for peak value of resonance in frequency. The visualization done using Simlab, Hyperworks, Hypergraph and PPT. To exchange information and clarify queries with relevant personnel and managers though mail, keeping record of every discussion and to maintain records. Allocating tasks to resources and leading the work flow for timely completion. PROJECT NAME: Pre-Processing of Cluster Display Assembly for Head Impact SCOPE OF WORK:

Meshing Task involves –Geometry clean up, mid surface mesh, thickness, Quality clean up, edges, normals for Ls Dyna profile,

Mid surface shell meshing of 5 mm global as per specified quality criteria for subsystem level Head Impact crash modellings purpose.

Preprocessing Involves – Meshing quality check, Property assigning, Materials assigning, Assembling, Connections, Intersections and penetrations for 0.3 thickness multiplier, updating sets, to specify boundary conditions and loads. To co-ordinate the complete task with team, manager and customer. PROJECTS: Mesh modeling of HVAC casing, IP,, Console, Bumper, Switches, Bottles, Packaging for Consumer product, Packaging for FMCG Product, Medical devices packaging etc,.
