Stallion Aero- Student Aero Modelling Team

Team Captain and Pilot Aug 2018- Aug 2019

1. Led the team for its first international event, SAE Aero Design West, 2019, Van Nuys, California, USA. 2. Developed the team’s execution calendar and administered team meetings, material procurement and navigated sponsorship meetings.

3. Designed and manufactured a 6kg aircraft to lift a maximum payload of 19kgs. 4. Handled the CAD modeling and analysis of the final aircraft. Head of Design of Wing and Avionics Jul 2017- Jul 2018 1. Founded “Stallion Aero”- a team of 20 aeronautic enthusiasts to participate in two sub-classes of SAE ISS Aero Design Challenge, 2018, Chennai, India viz. Micro class and Regular Class. 2. Designed and Manufactured two varied Radio Controlled aircrafts- a tail-less aircraft which resulted in a 30% reduction in drag (Micro class), and a conventional aircraft resulting in the gross weight of 4.5kgs and payload capacity of 4.7 kg (Regular class). 3.
