Check the MEP Installation Works, whether the works are been executed as per approved shop drawings and approved materials.

Check all delivered materials at site to comply with contract specification.

Issuing of method statement and conducting tool box talk before starting of any new activities on site.

Collecting the Documents and reports such as NCR, SON and submitting corrective action & preventive action for close-out. Raising the WIR, MIR to get the approval from the consultant.

Find out the deficiencies of work on site at the time of execution, then report to Site Engineer and raising the Site Instruction to respective Site Engineer and Manager.

Arranging of material inspection at site and get approval from the consultant.

Raising the inspection for installation of all Mechanical works executed on site and get approval from the consultant.

Witness the Pressure test and Air test.

Ensure that all WIR’s and MIR’s to be checked prior to submission.

Checking of the MEP services Provisions & Locations as per approved shop drawing before the concreting works.

Giving MEP Clearances to Main Contractor-Such as Casting of Concretes, Riser Shaft, Plastering, Painting & False Ceiling Closure.

Preparation of documents such as WIR Tracker, Method Statement, O & M Manual. Personal Profile:
