Designed wire harness testing table for electric connectors using Solidworks and 2D production drawing is released with BOM (Bill of Material).
Designed a pneumatic locking system to avoid the connector ejection from testing table.
Prepared setup for automatic injection and ejection from testing table and the results are documented in form of report.
Work with production team for the betterment and easy machining process.

Characterization of Thermal Insulation in Metallic Structures used in Electronics Packaging - SAMEER-CEM, Chennai Dec 2019 - May 2020
The design optimization of the rectangular heatsink and the characterization of thermal insulation in the metallic structure used in the electronics packaging.
The objective of this work is to maintain the temperature of the voltage regulator and resistor at 85oC and 115oC which are kept in the PCB.
The solution involves the optimization of fin design for the effective heat transfer from the voltage regulator and resistor.
PCM Balls for DG set Waste Heat Recovery System Apr 2019 - Oct 2019
One of the best ways to utilize the wasted energy is implementing Materials for Energy Storage (MES) system, commonly inorganic materials is used as Phase change material (PCM) and in this study D-Mannitol is used.
The main aim of this research is to design and CFD analysis of PCM to improve the energy storage and heat recovery.
From the obtained result it is very useful to design and development of regenerator model DG set waste heat recovery system.
Design of Mini Shot Blasting Machine Nov 2015 - Apr 2016
Shot blasting is a surface cleaning and finishing process. In our project, we aim to develop a mini shot blasting machine.
The steel shots, fed into the hopper, blast the casting through the nozzle with the help of the compressed air.
The finishing effect may vary by controlling factors such as hardness of the shot, shot particle size, velocity of shot stream, angle of shot gun, distance from the work, method of application and work flow.
Shot blasting can make a good finish, better and cleaner.
It can be operated by less skilled personnel and reduction of man-hours required for cleaning the finished parts. Design and analysis of differential gearbox Apr 2015- Oct 2015
Mainly focuses on the mechanical design and analysis of gearbox as transmit the power.
I had developed this work as my semester project with a view to get familiar with the technologies as well as application of theories into practical work done by industries.
My project contains the design and material selection of the gearbox for different type of vehicles also.
