Report to the QA/QC Manager, control and monitor all activities related to quality.

Perform all daily inspection and tests of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction.

Ensure documentation related to material submittals, inspections, and material testing, meet the requirements of the contract specification.

Actively participate in programs, workshops, training pertaining to Quality.

Carry out routine site inspection and issue NCR upon noticing discrepancy.

Coordinate and supervise the sub-contractors activities from start to finish.

Responsible for the construction of the clinic in the south zone.

Monitoring all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction.

Proper implementation of foundation and structure work as per the drawing sanctioned.

Planning and scheduling manpower resources and materials required for the continuous flow of work.

Responsible for the finishing work such as tiles, false ceiling work, staircase and the drainage and sanitation work.

Assist in determining the clause of delays and finding solutions to such problems. Issuing various letters to contractor reading delay in progress of activities.

Daily, weekly & monthly reports to management to give them overall progress of project and status of material.
