I was in that field for 15 years, managed several different jobsites and crews among that time, then moved on to management for a retail giant known as O’reilly auto parts, I was with them from 2008-2017, I managed three different locations for them, controlled inventories, customer appreciation cookouts, hired new staff and termed staff if needed..
