Worked for Non-Profit assisting low-income families that provides a whole range of services, including providing free food. Works in association with SFPD.

Managing Computer lab and maintaining computers and other equipment.

Transferred paper records into computer database and created a structure for it.

Managed transferring data into Excel and create reports and charts as needed.

Solved multiple problems with the whole setup.

Assisted residents with their computing needs, including helping them with creating resumes.

During this pandemic maintaining the database and assisting the owner with other tasks.

Provide new services for colleges around the world for printing needs.

Research for new colleges to tell them about the product.

The Product is to enhance how students print and scan in colleges.

In this process, learned a lot of information how colleges operate.

The project ended for me when enough contracts have been signed.

Gained hands-on experience with HP Quality Center and Mercury TestDirector.

Administered projects and users using Quality Center Site Administrator as well as provided a technical support to Quality Center users.

Customized projects within QC according to customer’s needs (such as adding fields within modules). Moved active projects from one Quality Center server to another.

Performed installation of Quality Center 10. Created and executed Smoke, Unit, Regression, System, UAT, and Functional tests.

Designed, executed and mapped Test Cases to requirements in HP Quality Center.

Participated in pre-sales sessions with potential customers in order to demo Quality Center and answer questions about it. Exposure to Mercury WinRunner and HP QuickTest Professional while performing black box testing.

Developed a defect report including steps to reproduce the failure, details of failure, and any workarounds discovered.

Used Quality Center, PVCS and ClearQuest to store defects.
