Portfolio Project- A portfolio application integrating and using API’s, built with React JS, JSX, CSS, SCSS, and Node.js. Site layout with CSS Grid and Flexbox. Includes user authentication and CRUD functionality via API and AXIOS. API Project- An API to log in cooking recipes built with Python as the logistic and tests, also using PEP-8 best practice guidelines. Django for the framework with the Django admin. Django Rest Framework with a built-in authentication system that we can build in the API, Docker as a virtualization tool(lightweight virtual machine). Travis CI to run linting and unit tests every time we make changes to the Git Repo. Postgres, the database for the project. Using Test-Driven Development to write unit tests and later implement code to make tests pass. FrontEnd Ecommerce Store- This was built with React, JS, JSX, HTML, CSS, SCSS the site uses React and JSX to implement structure and flow. I focused on the CSS and SCSS aesthetics of the front end viewing page flow of objects in cart and authentication into the page. Restaurant Page- This project I made a page for a restaurant from HTML and CSS using connecting google maps to it and adding additional links to external sites such as social media.
