ANALYSIS OF MOTOR ACTION AND MOTOR IMAGERY

SIGNALS FOR BCI APPLICATIONS

Analyzed the effectiveness of motor and motor imagery classification for left hand and right hand movements. In this study three sets of features are used for classification two classes: right and left hand. Features are extracted by applying common spatial pattern

(CSP) for raw EEG signals and also for alpha and beta bands of the signals. The three different feature sets are fed to five different classifiers SVM, Random forest, RNN, DBN and CNN.
