I deal with multiple inputs types such as CT images, patient health record and clinical signals

I perform statistical analysis and build machine learning models to diagnose and predict the

progression of pulmonary diseases. Capturing latent features of an image using Deep Learning.

Also working with parallelize/distribute deep learning in multi-core and distributed setting to speed up the training of the models. Involved in medical database maintaining.

I was involved in the pre-processing of the dataset qualitative information was converted to quantitative data,including data cleaning. The dataset was

converted into multiple table using the database

approach- entity relationship diagram.

Predictive Analysis and Supervised learning methods of correlation, linear regression and ANOVA was

done. Later, Unsupervised learning method was also applied. Rather, it uses descriptive statistics to examine the natural patterns and relationships that occur within the data and does not predict a target value.

Understanding the impact of social determinants of health on COVID-19 outbreak: Aim to describe how the COVID-19 burden relates to the county-level social determinants of health (SDOH). Performed various unsupervised algorithms and dimensionality reduction technique in order find the latent features and clusters. The typologies of the final clusters were summarized with descriptive statistics and visualized as an interactive map

Classification model for identifying the patient to detect COPD: Based on the image data feature built the TABNET Classifier to predict whether the patient as COPD or not.

Prediction of lung function decline: It is a research project based on CT scans and longitudinal data,used quantile regression and efficient net to predict lung function decline over the period from the baseline.

COVID-19 dashboard: Developed a dynamic visualization dashboard using the D3.js. Dashboard consists of bar race chart, trend lines and pie charts for understanding the COVID-19 trends in multiple countries

Farming information and interactive technical assistant web service: Developed a web application which provides communication interface between the farmers and the scientists. Where, farmers can post they queries/problems regarding the crops and scientists gives appropriate solutions. Moreover, scientist gives suggestions to the farmer about the crops based on the location of the farming, previous crop, etc.
