Analyzing recent purchase quantity and on Approval by DGM/GM/VP order will be executed. Follow up of out-standing by regular reminders through mails.
2. Handled Free Offer request:
Depends upon the offer requested by the field, special rate are given under Approval from Finance and GM and maintained in Go4+. Special Rate request are also given as by the Approval from GM and Finance and mailed to the party (SD/CA). Rate Difference amt. is given to the respective party on next month with the claims which approved.
3. C & F forms:
Follow up of C & F form from SD/CA by regular reminder and handing over the forms to Accounts Dept. for further process.
4. SAP Knowledge :
Working in Central Ware House. Handling SAP R.3 SD Module.
Preparing Invoice using SAP T-Code (VA01, VL01N, VF01).
Preparing Free Invoice to SD.
Preparing Credit Note to SD.
Accounting incoming stocks from Vendors.
Preparing Sample Invoice to field force.
Maintaining Price to Stocks for invoicing (PTR, PTS).
Checking the Stocks for Despatch.
