Job Description: Part Time Support staff/licensed agent
Answer telephones, greet customers, take payments, call/follow up with clients regarding their insurance, all hard copy filing for two offices and then scanned all policies for two locations for my employer (All City) to become paperless, update client files, scan/fax/copy documents required to be sent to Regional per legal requirements, endorse client files as requested, helped clients with claims. I worked remotely in my home office for 2 years answering emails, uploading data, bulk mailings, welcoming new clients. For Sky Valley Insurance, I also quoted commercial insurance.
