Become familiar with the method statement and quality requirement for the activity Convey all technical data to all foreman and to ensure sufficient understanding of activities to be executed

Ensure that all welder are qualified for the class of work in accordance with tender requirement

Ensure that all consumables have been issued properly and daily welding inspection report are correctly completed in accordance with the approved drawing QC requirements

Organize and super vice all the NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING (NDT)

Operations conducted by the NDT subcontractor including the preparation of all

NDT Request and review of final NDT REPORT

Preparing, following and adopting welding sequence

Coordinate with Client / Inspection agencies for smooth execution of work

Implementation of Welder Qualification Test and Procedure Qualification Test.

Major Responsibility

Receiving and updating the revised approved drawings

Preparation of Schedules, Manpower list, Tools list, Machineries etc.

Close follow up to complete the work within a schedule

Preparing, following and adopting welding sequence

Coordinate with Client / Inspection agencies for smooth execution of work

Dealing with DP test, Chalk test, Vacuum Box test and Pneumatic test

Preparation of QC Inspection Report & NDT Request

To look after the commissioning activities like mechanical clearance, Hydro test,

Air blast, Flushing & Chemical cleaning.

Implementation of Welder Qualification Test and Procedure Qualification Test
